What it does

  • Paste your guest list in one go. Couples and families written as “Tom & Jess Ward” are kept together automatically
  • Round, long and top tables with the seats you choose
  • Drag guests onto tables, or tap a guest then tap a table on your phone
  • Auto-seat fills the tables for you, keeping households and groups together
  • Keep-apart rules for guests who mustn’t share a table, with warnings if they do
  • Prints a “find your seat” chart (A–Z), a table plan, place cards, table number cards and a dietary list for the caterer
