These terms apply when you buy an app licence from albionappworks.co.uk. The seller is Albion AppWorks, a trading name of FMDigital, 12 Ashley Close, Penwithick, St Austell, Cornwall, PL26 8UB. Email: info@craftydrifters.co.uk.
What you’re buying
Each purchase is a licence key for one app. The key unlocks saving and exporting in that app. You can use every app free as a preview before you buy.
Your licence
- The licence is for you to use on your own devices, for personal or business work
- You keep it for good, with no subscription, and updates to that app are included
- You may not sell, share or publish your licence key
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT due. You pay in full at checkout and your licence key appears on screen straight away and in your order email.
Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content like a licence key, that right ends once the key is delivered, provided you agreed at checkout to receive it straight away. You’ll be asked to tick a box to agree to this before you pay. This is why every app has a free preview: please try it on your own files first.
If an app doesn’t work
Your statutory rights are not affected. If an app is faulty or doesn’t do what we describe, email info@craftydrifters.co.uk. We’ll fix it, or if we can’t, refund you in full. See our refund policy.
Our responsibility
Please check any cut file, price or quote the apps produce before you rely on it, for example by test-cutting scrap material first. We are not liable for wasted material or business losses, except where the law says we can’t limit our liability, such as for faulty digital content.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
