Every app can be tried free on your own files before you buy, so you know it does the job first.
Faulty apps
If an app you’ve bought is faulty or doesn’t do what its description says, email info@craftydrifters.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and what went wrong. We’ll fix the problem, or if we can’t, refund you in full.
Changing your mind
Licence keys are delivered straight away, so once your key has been issued we can’t take it back. This means we can’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Bought the wrong app?
Email us within 14 days and we’ll swap your key for a different app of the same price or less.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5 working days.
