Personalised Order Batcher

Description

Personalised orders sell well but eat your time: typing each name, sizing it, lining it up on the bed and checking you did not miss one. Personalised Order Batcher does the lot in one go. Paste your names, or load the order spreadsheet you download from Etsy, and every piece is laid out on your laser bed or Cricut mat, ready to cut.

Choose a blank (tag, round ornament, keyring, heart, name only or your own SVG shape), pick a font, and each name is shrunk to fit so long names never spill off the piece. Save one SVG per bed with the text already turned into shapes, plus a packing list so every piece goes to the right customer.

What it does

• Paste names one per line, with an optional second line such as a date
• Load Etsy’s “Sold order items” spreadsheet: it picks out the personalisation and repeats it for the quantity ordered
• Blanks: tag, round ornament, keyring, heart, name only, or your own SVG shape
• Choose from built-in fonts, a font file of your own, or a font installed on your computer
• Every name is shrunk to fit its piece, with one or two lines
• Engrave, score or cut out the text
• Bed sizes for Glowforge, xTool and other lasers, Cricut mats and A4/A3 sheets, or your own size
• Saves one SVG per bed at true size, with text as outlines, plus a packing list
