Description
Layered shadow boxes and 3D wall art are some of the most popular things makers sell, but turning your own picture into layers usually means hours of tracing by hand. Layered Shadow Box Maker does it in seconds: choose a picture and it splits the shades into stacked layers, from the front of the box to the solid back.
Preview the 3D stack, slide the shade balance until each layer looks right, and tidy away fiddly little pieces. Each layer gets a frame border so it holds together, and a small scored number so you stack them in the right order. Save every layer as a true size SVG for card, paper or wood.
Try it free in your browser first. Making and previewing the layers is free; buying unlocks saving the cut files.
What it does
- Turns photos, silhouettes and landscapes into 2 to 10 stacked layers
- 3D preview of the finished stack, with a colour suggestion for each layer
- Dark or light shades at the front
- Shade balance to move where each layer starts
- Frame border on every layer, so pieces stay connected
- Removes pieces and holes that are too small to cut cleanly
- Optional hanging holes and a scored number on each layer
- Saves each layer as an SVG, or all of them on one sheet, at true size
